Principal Consultant
Kirk Zauderer brings to Auction Excellence nearly two decades of experience in the automotive remarketing industry with a focus on operational excellence, agile management and process optimization. He has been transformative at every level of operations at the auction by fostering innovation, building high-performing teams and driving measurable results through data-driven decision-making. One of his most notable achievements is the design and implementation of a groundbreaking workflow system that tracks and manages labor and movement for 5 million vehicles annually, while supporting a workforce of 10,000 employees.
With an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Huntingdon College, Kirk is committed to helping organizations align their vision, optimize operations and unlock their full potential through actionable strategies and innovative solutions.
